Flamingo Hotel - Cozumel

Excellent location just a short walk from the waterfront, surrounded by fantastic dining options. The rooftop area, complete with a pool, offers fine views. The staff is friendly and helpful, particularly during breakfast, where they catered to dietary restrictions with great care. The room faced a street with no window coverings, challenging to get a good night's sleep. There was some noise from the nearby restaurants during the evening hours that could be bothersome to light sleepers.

The rooftop pool view is fine and the location is a quick walk to great restaurants. Our room had a stocked mini fridge and coffee from Starbucks, a nice touch. Ivan makes the BEST margaritas, just be patient when he's busy!

We stayed here 2 nights after staying a week in an all inclusive resort, & we wished it had been the other way around! The room was nicer, the a/c worked much better, the bed was softer, the tv had many more channels, the food was better, the drinks wre stronger, and free internet access. The staff was nicer, very accomodating- at the resort I saw staff making fun of people. The decor was great, too.

Very honest and attentive staff, free wake up service and ironing available. Well-kept and tastefully decorated rooms with fan as well as a fridge-AC and excellent breakfast. Breakfast with toast and options from french toast to omelets😃

I had serious issues with water temperature and pressure . Some days, the shower had either nonexistent pressure or was only lukewarm. It was annoying to deal with this, especially when needing a proper shower after a long day.

Big clean room (superior), located just two blocks from the main square in Cozumel.

The hotel is in excellent shape....well maintained and the rooms are clean, spacious, and nicely decorated! Also, a delicious breakfast menu is offered each day with good coffee. On the roof is a great cold shower, cold tub, and places to sit and enjoy the views of the water and get some sun.

No hot water but this isn't such an issue since it is hot there!!!

I stayed 10 days in the Flamingo hotel. It was a great experience, the staff is super friendly! The rooms are clean and well maintained. The hotel is located near to the beach, although this beach in not nice to relax during the day, therefore you are best of my renting a scooter which the hotel can refer you too. Overall I had a great time @ Flaming hotel!

The food is not that great, and quite expensive.

This place suits me perfectly, offering free Wi-Fi, a bar lounge, and 24-hour reception. The staff helped me find my way during my first stay. I'm returning for a holiday!

location: 5-10 minutes to the center the stuff was very friendly! breakfast is not big, but very very delicious! the room was clean the minibar, aircondition price performance ratio
